We regularly support final year projects that extend the knowledge base about resilience and the application of psychology to the world of work
Our annual collaboration with the Psychology joint honours degree programme at Nottingham Trent University supports final year projects focusing on a range of resilience-related questions. Findings from these projects are often insightful, unexpected and usefully inform practice to keep our work evidence-based and up-to-date.
Examples of past projects include:
How does stress impact on work performance, productivity, sickness absence rates, presenteeism and staff relationships?
What are the factors affecting participant uptake and application of learning within group psychoeducation training?
What evidence is there for the effectiveness of digitally based mental health interventions?
If you would like to find out more about any of our research projects, please get in touch.
