Our postgraduate placement student conducted a systematic literature review to support the development of our Skills-based Model of Personal Resilience
The placement was an excellent opportunity for us to ensure our knowledge about resilience was up to date. This informed our journal article in which we introduced our model of resilience.
The article has been published in the Journal of Occupational and Organisational Psychology and now forms the basis for all our resilience training, coaching and supervision services.
